My inspection report will give you general Information about each of the systems in the home. Below each general information section in the report, I will divide out each of the areas normally observed. Within each of the sections, I will indicte (with pictures) components in need of repairs or showing key component locations such as electrical service disconnects, main water shut off locations. I also include a summary (with pictures) of areas that were indicated in the report as needing repairs. I have provided a sample report link for you to review.

Home Inspections & Radon Testing – Atlanta GA

Inspection Home Services will provide you with a comprehensive home inspection report that includes pictures. My inspection report will provide you with general information about the home such as age and condition of the equipment or systems observed in the home at the time of the inspection. Note I am there working for you so I will take the time to answer your questions regarding the home inspection and my findings. I would like to minimize your worry or uncertainty about such a major purchase, helping you make an informed decision.

I am available for partial inspections: These are inspections performed on a specific part of the home such as a contractor finished basement or a project that the home owner may just want information or advice about.

I am available for pre listing inspections: This type of information can help a home owner review the condition of the home and systems and may provide some tips that can help in the preparations of a home prior to placing the home on the market for sale. A home that is well prepared will generally sell faster than a home with a long list of repairs that may be found by an inspector hired by a unknowing prospective buyer.

I do radon testing: Radon is one of the leading causes of lung cancer in the U.S. and is generally emitted into the home from the ground. I use a continuous radon gas monitor that records radon levels in the home for the area being tested hour by hour (note this is one of the most accurate means of testing). Upon completion of the test I will provide you with a printed radon report for the time period of the test. Note the EPA and the Surgeon General both recommends having radon testing performed.
